Three-Michelin-Starred Chef Andreas Caminada


From 5 to 7 November 2018, three Michelin-starred Swiss Chef Andreas Caminada from award-winning Schloss Schauenstein and IGNIV along with Head Chef Marcel Skibba from IGNIV at Badrutt’s Palace in St Moritz, will take over the kitchen at Brasserie Les Saveurs, in the presentation of a three-day dinner experience. 

The dinner experience will encompass over 13 different highlights presented across a series of sharing starters, main and desserts. Diners can expect an exquisite line-up of dishes prepared with Chef Andreas’ unparalleled culinary flair. 

Brasseries Les Saveurs at The St. Regis Singapore will be Chef Andrea Caminada and Chef Marcel Skibba’s second pit stop, after The St. Regis Bangkok. They will head to The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur thereafter.
