Brasserie Les Saveurs invites you to indulge in an exquisite set menu featuring modern interpretations of perennial French cuisine favourites.
The 5-course menu begins with a delightful Prawn Cocktail of slowly poached citrus-marinated obsiblue prawns, along with a traditional Onion Soup accompanied by gruyère mousse on a slice of perfectly toasted baguette. The next course is a reimagined version of the Escoffier classic Lobster Thermidor, featuring steamed Boston lobster, young spinach salad, pickled black mustard seeds, sautéed mushrooms and goat cheese, followed by a delightful Beef Wellington of pan-roasted beef tenderloin served with flaky puff pastry, paired with a foie gras “millefeuille” and truffle jus. Lastly, complete your experience by luxuriating in the time-honoured Gateaux St. Honoré – a choux cake filled with basil diplomat cream, tomato-orange compote and pine nut salted ice cream.
